Polyurethane (PU) vacuum chuck is a device used to hold materials for Vacuum evaporation or as an ingredient in the process of chemical vapor deposition. Nitrile rubber vacuum chuck is a device used in vacuum chucks market to convert rotary motion into reciprocating or piston-like motion. It's basically an adaptor that changes the direction of the airflow and helps in compressing or expanding the air. The basic structure of a nitrile rubber vacuum chuck is made up of two parts, namely upper part which has hole through it and lower part which has fitting for your choice of pipe size.
