Automatic Valve Molds (AVM) are used to manufacture plastic valve manifolds. They are also referred to as automatic sheet molding machines, or just automatic molds for short. AVMs can produce multiple identical items (polymer parts) with different dimensions and shapes, in any required quantity.
Semi-automatic:
Semi-automatic is a process in which the operator has to select an appropriate setting and then the machine does some of the tasks automatically. In valve manifold panel (VMP) industry, semi-automatic machines are used for cutting sheet metal products such as valves, tubes and other shapes from large sheets.
The semi-automatic machines consist of two major components namely control system & motor that controls the movement of machine tool while performing any task.
