Solid Ethylene Carbonate:
Solid ethylene carbonate (SEC) is a colorless liquid with a mild odor. It is soluble in acetone, ethanol, water and ether. Solid ethylene carbonate has applications as an octane enhancer for gasoline and as an additive for polyurethane foams.
