Silane gas is a colorless, flammable gas with a pungent odor. It is used as an industrial raw material in the manufacture of silicone polymers and other silicon-containing products.


5N:


5N is the fifth gas phase that can be achieved with high purity silane. It has a composition of SiH4, which contains nitrogen in an amount of approximately 19.2% by volume. The purpose of this phase is to reach a higher temperature and pressure inside the High Purity Silane (HPSG) reaction vessel, which helps in increasing the overall conversion rate as well as product yield.


6N:


6N is the chemical formula for silicon-based high purity gas. It consists of six carbon atoms and one nitrogen atom. The major component in this gas is hexagonal (2H) silica, which has a wide range of applications including electronic materials, coatings, plastics additives and others.

The global market is segmented by application into integrated circuit, flat display, solar battery, and others. The other applications include coatings and adhesives.
