Aluminum tank is used for storing liquid nitrogen. It has the capacity of holding around 473 L of liquid at a temperature of -450 C. The aluminum tank is made in anodized, seamless, and welded construction with pressure-tightened joints to prevent leakages.


The aluminum tanks are widely used in cryogenics and aerospace industries for the storage of various liquids including hydrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide along with other gases which have low boiling points.
