Dalteparin:
Dalteparin is a synthetic, semi-synthetic, or natural anticoagulant used in the treatment of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE). DVT usually affects the passengers traveling by plane and results in swelling of legs and feet due to blood clot formation. Dalteparin is used as an anticoagulant drug for prevention from DVT during medical procedures such as surgery.
