Single Crystal Ferrite:


Single crystal ferrite is a type of magnetic material which has a hexagonal crystalline structure. It can be produced by heating an iron-silicone compound at 1400°C for two hours in an electric field. Single crystal ferrites have high Curie temperature and low coercivity compared to their counterparts, thus making them useful for applications requiring high temperature and large magnetization, respectively.

Magnesium-based polycrystalline and single crystal ferrite are used in various applications including electronics, automotive, aerospace, and others.
