High Pressure:
High pressure is defined as the pressure which is greater than normal atmospheric pressure. Due to this reason there will be a high amount of stress on the mixing head which has to withstand all these pressures without any failure.
The most common sources for generating high pressure are steam, nitrogen, hydrogen, carbon dioxide.
Low Pressure:
Low pressure is a mixture of gases which is used in the mixing head to propel the ingredients towards the blades. The low pressure mixers are usually preferred over high pressure mixers as they provide better results and have lesser energy consumption. Low-pressure mixers can be single deck or multiple deck, depending on its application and requirement.
The major advantage of using low-pressure mixer is that it reduces cooking time by approximately 15% to 25%.
Application Insights:
