6 Terminals is a group of 6 terminals FET, used in MOSFET Relays. It has six source/drain regions and six gate electrodes. The device structure allows it to be used as both N-channel and P-channel type of FET relay.


The 6 Terminals technology was developed by Fairchild Semiconductor International, which later on was acquired by Texas Instruments Incorporated in 2005.
