300 V type is a high-voltage power supply used in nuclear power plant instrumentation cables. It is also known as bus bar or distribution panel voltage. The 300-type cable consists of two conductors made from aluminum or copper wire, insulated by an insulating layer, and enclosed in a protective PVC sheath.
600 V Type:
600 V type is a high-voltage power cable used in instrumentation cables for nuclear power plants. The 600 V type has three conductors inside an insulation sheath, the outer layer of which is made up of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). PVC has good dielectric properties but poor mechanical strength as compared to rubber or braided wire & cable.
The 600V Type 1 Cable consists of two wires; one is a live conductor.
