UV (i-line):

UV (i-line) is a line at right angles to the main beam of UV light. It is used for developing photoresists during semiconductor manufacturing process. DUV (KrF, ArF Dry, ArFi):

DUV or Dual-Use UV Source, also known as dual-use high energy UV source, is a type of vacuum ultraviolet radiation (VUV) source that can be used for both photolithography and deep-tissue exposure.
