3 Pass Type:


3 pass type, also known as 3-pass or 3-step type, is a process used in manufacturing pilot operated solenoid valves. The method involves three production steps which include dielectric removal, gate formation and finally opening/closing operations performed through a single valve body.


4 Pass Type:


4-Pass type is a process where the solenoid valve is passed four times between two stations. The first pass, the valve opens and allows fluid to flow through. The second time, the same valve is passed again but now it’s closed so no fluid can go out. Third time, the valve is opened and fourth pass it’s closed for a complete cycle allowing fluid to flow through continuously without any interruption in between.
