It is white in color due to the presence of significant amount of calcium oxide (CaO).

Zirconium dioxide (ZrO2) is a mineral, which contains zirconium and oxygen. It has a crystalline structure like other minerals such as quartz and fayalite. The chemical formula of ZrO2 is (ZrO3)2.
