Polyolesters are a family of bio-based lubricants and lubricant additives. They are made from renewable resources, such as vegetable oils or plant-based waxes, and offer a number of advantages over traditional petroleum-based products. Pentaerythritols:


Pentaerythritols are bio-based, renewable and biodegradable. They are produced from sugarcane or corn using the fermentation process. The production of Pentaerythritol is a two-step process which includes hydrolysis of ester linkages in the fatty acid chain and then dehydration to produce pentaerythritol.


Neopentyl Glycols:


Neopentyl glycols are a group of chemical compounds with the formula (n-pentyl)2-glycol. It is a colorless liquid that is miscible in water and alcohol. The commercial form of the product has an odor similar to gasoline.
