Powder coating is a method of layering by using solid particles, usually metal or plastic. The powder acts as the carrier for the paint and provides it with an ability to stick to the surface. This process allows for a faster rate of production along with less wastage of material which makes it more cost-effective than other methods.
Liquid Coating:
Liquid coating is a process where the raw material, which can be either a polymer or metal is coated by using a liquid coating formulation. The liquid coating formulations are generally made of solvents, pigments and additives. Coating formulations are normally water-based with low VOC content however there are also other types of coatings such as solvent-based and UV curable coatings that have higher VOC contents.
