Debranching Enzyme:
Debranching enzyme is an important enzyme in the pullulanase market. It is used to remove dead or living tissues from a variety of plants and animals. The most common way of using debranching enzymes is by cutting down the branches that are formed from leaves, fruits, or other parts of a plant which has died back. These cuttings can be taken fresh from the plant or they can be frozen for later use.
Amylopullulanse:
Amylopullulanse is a polymer with high amylose content. It has been used in the production of pullulanase, an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of cellulosic polymers into soluble sugars and other products. Amylopullulanse is commercially available as a white powder which can be easily dissolved in water or alcohol and has no odor or taste.
