Water cooling type is a new technology that has been developed recently. It is different from air cooling in which the ozone generator is directly connected to the input of an air cooler. In water cooling, water or another liquid coolant flows through the quartz tube and absorbs heat from it.
Wind Cooling Type:
Wind cooling type is used in the quartz tube ozone generator to remove heat from the generator. In this process, air is passed through a chamber filled with ice-cold water. The air carrying away the heat has lower density than that of original air and thus, exerts less pressure on the engine. This reduces mechanical losses due to differences in densities between original and replaced air.
