GaN Material Interconnect:
GaN Material Interconnect (GMI) is a new interconnect technology that utilizes GaN-based high current and voltage transistors for the purpose of building ultrafast and efficient semiconductor chips. The technology is still in its nascent stage, as research institutes have only recently begun to explore its potential.
