Product Definition:
Solid State Transformers (SST) are a type of transformer where the primary and secondary windings are printed on a single substrate. The use of SST's can help to reduce losses, improve efficiency, and save space.
Single-stage:
Single-stage is a transformer with primary voltage of typically 33 kVAC to 400 kVAC and no additional stages for increasing output voltage. It is also known as stage-less or single-stage Transformer.
