Sputtering equipment cathode is a component of sputtering equipment that is used to create a plasma discharge. The cathode is responsible for emitting electrons into the discharge, which in turn ionizes the gas and creates the plasma. The linear, also known as the straight or non-polarized wave, is a type of electromagnetic wave that oscillates at a constant frequency in one direction.
