Product Definition:


Thermoplastic Vulcanizates are a family of engineering thermoplastics that contain vulcanized rubber dispersed in a matrix of thermoplastic resin. They offer the properties of both plastics and rubber, and are used in products where abrasion resistance, toughness, and elasticity are important.


EPDM/PP Blends:


EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) Blends are a new type of elastomer, which is being used extensively in the thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPV) industry. EPDM has properties such as high tear resistance, excellent flexibility at low temperatures and good thermal stability.


NR/PP Blends:


The product is a combination of NR and PP blended together. It has high demand in the plastic industry due to its properties such as impact resistance, toughness, flow ability, surface hardness and excellent dimensional stability. The product is used for manufacturing various products including films & sheets (such as PVC), fibers (cotton), injection molding compound and hot melt adhesives.
