Low purity titanium (LP Ti) is a commercially available product, which has been developed by the reduction of hexachloroplatinate. It contains less than 16 wt% of titanium content on a dry weight basis.


High Purity:


High purity is a term used for the grade of titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4) which has less than 10% impurities. TiCl4 produced from high purity grade has better performance as compared to other grades. It can be purified by distillation, filtration and crystallization methods. The most common purification method used in industry is distillation followed by vacuum filtration and crystallization process.
