100KHZ is the international standard for ultrasonic transducers. It is a multiple of the KHz frequency which means it has a unit of 1/10th of MHz. The higher the KHZ number, generally means better performance and efficiency in ultrasonic transducers. 100KHZ to 200 Khz are usually used in household appliances such as blenders, vacuum cleaners, etc.
