Medium-High Vacuum:


Medium-High Vacuum (MV) is the range between 0.1 to 10-4 torr, which is usually generated by high vacuum pumps with a capacity of 5 liters or more and low vacuum pumps with a capacity less than 1 liter. MV can be generated using two methods: mechanical ventillation or thermal vacuum pump.
