Low Intensity:
Low Intensity (LI) is a form of Vacuum Ultraviolet (VUV) radiation with wavelengths between 200 nm to 300 nm. VUV is absorbed by the polyimide film during the production process, which results in an intense blue light emission. Low-intensity vacuum ultraviolet has applications in semiconductor packaging and thin-film coating owing to its ability to control oxidation and other chemical reactions that are not permissible under standard ultra-violet light.
