Rayon based foams are produced from the polymerization of aromatic dicarboxylic acid (ADA) or its copolymers with a high content of hydrogen and carbon. The product is commercially available in two forms, namely wet-laid and spun-bonded. It can be used as an alternative to glass wool, rock wool, slag wool or any other thermal insulation material that requires a low melting point compound.


PAN Based:


PAN-based foams are polymeric acrylates, which can be extruded and cut to form rigid or flexible shapes. These products have a wide range of applications in the construction industry owing to their unique thermal properties. PAN based foams are used as insulation material for walls, ceilings & roofs, pipes & tanks and other industrial applications such as packaging materials and transportation equipment among others.
