Lanthanum Strontium Cobaltite (LSC) is a mineral composed of lanthanum, strontium, cobalt and oxygen. It is used as a component in nickel-cadmium batteries and other rechargeable batteries.

Other:
Other is used for the separation of Lanthanum, Strontium and Cobaltite during the course of lithium extraction. It is a mixture of Hydrogen Fluoride (HF), Hydrochloric Acid (HCL) and Ammonium Fluoride (IF). The Other process also known as Process C or Process 3 in Li-ion battery industry, has gained prominence over the past decade owing to its ability to produce higher quality products with less waste material.
