Product Definition:

Lithium Niobate:
Lithium niobate is a compound of nickel and lithium. It has a low melting point and decomposes at room temperature into an amorphous powder, which can be re-solidified by exposure to cold water or ice. The product finds application in the semiconductor industry as it functions as an excellent source of nitrogen for germanium based devices during manufacturing processes such as epitaxy.
