It protects them from the effect of corrosion by forming a layer between the base metal and protective finish. The most common forms of anti-corrosion coatings include cathodic electro Deposition (CED) and anodic oxidation (AOP).


Steam Jacket Type:


The steam jacket type is used in the production of smart oil dipstick. It is a cover that goes over the end of a pipe where the oil comes out and protects it from any kind of external impact. The material used for making these jackets can be made either from plastic or rubber. A steam jacket consists of two parts, namely upper part and lower part, which are connected by an elastic band to hold them together during transportation and handling operations.
