RUTILE Scraps:
RUTILE Scraps is a by-product obtained during the titanium extraction process. It contains around 70% of titanium along with other minerals such as iron, magnesium, calcium and silicon. The mineralogist call it a Titanium Oxide Diopside Garnet (TOD). RUTILE SCRAPS are majorly used in the manufacturing of titanium turning materials due to its high content of pure metal and low cost compared to other raw materials such as powders or sands.
