The round heat pipe is a device that extracts heat from an inner to an outer surface and dissipates it into the environment. It consists of two concentric tubes joined by a narrow neck, which allows hot gases to pass through while allowing liquid to flow. The design provides maximum thermal efficiency as there is no wasted space between the inner and outer surfaces of the tube.


Flat Heat Pipe:


Flat heat pipe is a device that is used to transfer heat from one place to another with the least possible loss. It consists of two metal plates joined by a thin layer of material such as aluminum or copper. The space between the plates acts as thermal conductor and allows heat to move easily from one plate to other.


The working principle of flat heat pipe is based on Conduction, Convection and Radiation (CCR).
