Non-UV Curing Type:


Non-UV curing type is used in the manufacturing of wafer protective films. The major application includes packaging of semiconductor devices such as LEDs, OLEDs, and QLEDs along with flat panel displays. These non-uv curing films are also used for protecting printed circuit boards (PCBs) from moisture, oxidation & corrosion and other chemical attacks.
