It was developed by the researchers of Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) in collaboration with Ewha Womans University, Republic of Korea. The research was published in May 2018 on arXiv preprint server. Since then the material has been made available to industry players for commercialization and usage as per their requirements.
