Product Definition:


A microinverter is a small device that converts direct current (DC) from a solar panel into alternating current (AC). It is important for two reasons: 1) it allows each solar panel to operate independently, maximizing the power output of the array and 2) it protects the panels from shading.


Standalone:


Microinverter is standalone device that works without any other power source. It can be directly connected to battery or it can get its power from AC supply too. Microinverter has ability to convert DC electricity into microwaves and vice versa, so it's a kind of transformer.

On-grid:
