Polyarylsulfone and Polyethersulfone:
Polyarylsulfone (PAS) and Polyethersulfone (PES) are two different types of polymers used in the manufacturing of polysulphone. They have similar structures but vary in terms of their molecular weight, average composition as well as chemical properties. PES has higher melting point than PAS and is also resistant to hydrolysis whereas PAS is more soluble in organic solvents.
