It has a slight saline taste and is slightly soluble in water; however it dissolves completely in alcohol. Crystal is commercially available both as anhydrous and waxy forms.
Solution:
Solution is a combination of Ammonium Oxalate Monohydrate (AOM) and water. It is used as an additive for the production of urea-formaldehyde resins. AOM solution has high solubility in water, which allows easy addition to the resin mixture during its manufacturing process. The product also helps in maintaining viscosity and prevents formation of crystals in the resin mixture, thus avoiding quality issues such as blemishes or spots on the finished products.
