Semi-rigid melamine foam is a type of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) polymer, which contains an average of about 70% by weight of melamine formaldehyde. The product has the ability to withstand high temperatures and thus finds application in manufacturing equipment for metal processing industries such as cutting tools, extruders and molding machines among others.
